Heroes returns for a third season with another thrilling season
Heroes is back for a third season and not a moment too soon. After a fast paced first two seasons of saving the world and finding new heroes with powers, the same cast is again back. The first half of this third season is titled, ominously, “Villians.” The season premiere featured the return of supervillian “Sylar” who has rediscovered his abilities and is out to gain more powers.
In the premiere, a battle with Sylar has powerful results, as Noah Bennet tells Claire, “This was before you were even born, I was finding these people and locking them away so that they couldn’t hurt anybody. Now a dozen of them have escaped, and they will kill…and they will terrorize…and they will cause… unimaginable destruction to the world…they’re villains, Claire.”
This looks to be another thrilling season series of the comic based show which is constantly introducing new storylines and adversity. The show is one of the most well written shows around and the huge ensemble cast is outstanding. Overall Grade: A
