The Eggs Benedict is to die for.
The New Morning Café, located in Tiburon, CA, is a wonderfully quaint breakfast nook located on the corner of Tiburon Boulevard in downtown Tiburon. Indoor and outdoor seating are available and the Bay is just a couple of hundred feet away. The service is excellent. We ordered the traditional eggs benedict as well as the Tiburon Benedict, an eggs benedict prepared with lox instead of Canadian bacon. Both were wonderfully made with a well poached egg and a delicious homemade hollandaise sauce made to perfection. They also offer fresh juices, pancakes and waffles all of which looked excellent.

The prices are on the high side, the benedicts were $11 and $13 respectively. Considering the location and quality such was to be expected and we were more than willing to pay. It is definitely a top choice for a family or date brunch.

Overall Grade: A
